Martyne Leonard
Martyne Leonard has been passionate about hair and fashion since childhood. Originally trained as a primary school teacher, she decided in 1998 to live her passion and went back to school to become hairstylist, esthician and makeup artist.
Unfortunately, during her training,shestronglyreactedto ammonia, an essential ingredient in the field of coloring at the time. Determined to reach her goal despite everything, she searched and discovered a compagnie of high-performance products that didn’t contain harmful elements to her health, such as ammonia. She decided to focus on this compagnie and quickly learned thespecialtechnicalityofit. She became a trainer, educator, director of education, and finally directorofinnovation.These positions allowed her to share and learn with many hairstylists in more then twenty countries in America, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Asia, and Oceania. She as work on numerous television backtage team and also was on the hairstyling team for Miss Universe Contest. Her dynamism, her ability to teach, her availability, her desire to share her passion makes her a contagious ambassador who makes you believe that you can surpass yourself and get out of your comfort zone.

Patrick Remi
Since his childhood, Patrick Remy has always evolved between two worlds:the sciences and the arts. Before he graduated in engineering, he first studied architectural techniques which involve drawing, science, and calculations. Following his graduation as a construction management engineer, he finally chose to thrive for more than 20 years in the telecommunications sector.
In 2001, he founded his telecommunications engineering firm, which grew from 5 to 80 employees, working a cross Canada and internationally. Under his responsibility, the business acquired two companies and was awarded four consecutive years for « Fastest growing compagnie over five years growth ». Business development, coaching employees, attention to detail, and respect for partners have always animated his professional and personal relations. He developed his skills as a trainer through the needs of his company. Over the past five years, his journey has led him to leave the world of telecommunications to resources himself, Driven by the contagious passion of Martyne Leonard, he participated in the elaboration of LaKademie SML, the research of products, the negotiations, and the creation of the company. He structures the administrative components, business development, international trade, which feeds its entrepreneurial side and solidifies the foundations of LaKademie SML.
Through his years of study he developed his passion for photography from digital film to video editing. Always wanting to learn, Patrick continues his training in the web, e-commerce, and advanced technology fields, propelling EDUCATION to another level and making it accessible to all artists. With his great mastery of technology and ease to share it, he makes it accessible to hairdressers. He is also in charge of the product innovations. Patrick will help and guide you to success.
